Privacy Policy

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the date and type of your event, the service you are interested in, and whatever you tell us in the message field. All of it is optional beyond the fields marked required, and we use it solely to respond to you and to plan the work you ask us for.

If you leave a review, we store the name you sign it with, your role or relationship to the event, the type of celebration, your star rating and your written review. Reviews are published on this site after our team reads them, so treat anything you write there as public.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information as you browse: the pages you visit, the site or search that referred you, and general details about your browser and device. When analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics for this, which sets its own cookies. You can block those cookies in your browser without losing any functionality on this site.

Some pages embed content from Instagram. Loading that content means Instagram sees the request, and its own privacy policy applies to whatever it collects.

To reply to enquiries, quote for and deliver events, publish reviews you have chosen to submit, and understand in aggregate which parts of the site people find useful.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Enquiries and reviews are stored in our content platform, Sanity, and enquiry notifications are delivered by our email provider, Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of these providers processes your information only to run the service we use it for.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship — typically through the planning of your event and our records afterwards. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them.

Write to us at indusoccasions@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will action the request. You can also ask us to take down a review you submitted at any time.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
